Lead events collapsed after the June 5 release

Key events fell 21.4% week-over-week, and nearly all of the loss sits in the generate_lead event, which dropped from 31 to 12, a 61.3% decline that begins abruptly on June 5, the day of the storefront deploy. Sessions and engagement rose over the same days, so demand didn't fall; the quote form's event instrumentation almost certainly broke in that release.

Mobile bounce rate is climbing as mobile becomes the majority

Mobile now drives 58.2% of sessions and grew 11.1% this week, but its bounce rate rose to 47.0%, well above the 39.0% site average and up 6.8% on the prior week. The gap is widest on the two heaviest product templates, which suggests a load-speed or above-the-fold layout issue rather than a traffic-quality change.

Repair the generate_lead event broken by the June 5 deploy
